POSITION SUMMARY:

CIC energiGUNE is seeking a Strategic Business Advisor to enhance its Strategic and Economic-Financial division.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Director and Manager of the department to execute activities that hold significant strategic importance for the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the formulation of strategic initiatives and annual operational plans, along with their monitoring.
  • Creating comprehensive market and business analysis reports.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking studies.
  • Performing feasibility assessments for technology-driven enterprises.
  • Assisting in the valuation of the patent and service portfolio.
  • Providing strategic support to other essential areas within the center's Management and Services team (e.g., Business Development, Communication, IT).
  • Supporting the process of Social Security incentives and other economic justifications for grants.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, particularly in strategic and/or business consulting.
  • Proficient in Office software.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Basque is a plus.
  • Proactive individual with strong commitment and teamwork skills, along with a cooperative spirit and a drive for self-improvement.
  • Decisive person with a high degree of autonomy and goal orientation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
