Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Design and Manufacturing Solutions division, you will play a critical role in growing and diversifying our Strategic Partnership Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Ecosystem Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.
  • Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans for high-touch partnerships, ensuring mutual success and alignment with company objectives.
  • Program Development: Grow and diversify our partner ecosystem program, supporting business objectives and driving revenue growth.
  • Partner Enablement: Foster trust, reciprocity, and collaboration with partners to increase marketing reach and customer adoption.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Work with marketing teams to identify partner marketing priorities and develop initiatives to enhance our marketing efforts through partnerships.

  • Strategic Thinking: Possess a passion for developing scalable and manageable partner programs.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across a matrixed organization, inspiring others and mediating opposing views.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy, product management, and marketing principles.
Location

This role can be based in one of our global locations, including Birmingham, UK, Toronto, Canada, Barcelona, Spain, or Atlanta, GA, with the option to work remotely.
