Job Description

Grupo Alliance Cataluña is seeking an experienced CAPEX Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for the success of our ambitious industrial project aimed at facilitating a sustainable energy transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement Leadership: Lead and oversee the strategic acquisition process for our energy transition project, collaborating closely with a project team to ensure seamless integration from strategy development through to execution.
  • Supplier Selection: Conduct rigorous supplier selection based on comprehensive criteria, ensuring the best fit for our project's needs.
  • Tender Management: Efficiently manage the tendering process to meet predefined objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in comparable industrial or business projects, with a proven track record of successful procurement leadership.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, with a strong foundation in business and finance.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of engaging at a corporate and business level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite, with experience with SAP highly valued.
  • Geographical Requirement: Must be resident within the Greater Bilbao area, with a strong understanding of the local business landscape.
