We are expanding our Nordics Sales team and are seeking our next Account Executive to join us in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities: Your Key Duties

Formulate and implement strategies to generate leads in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, your colleagues, and the Country Manager of Nordics Continue to expand our customer base through our proprietary sales strategy PersonioOne Manage the entire Deal-Life-Cycle - from qualification and validation to closing Ensure an exceptional customer experience by facilitating a seamless transition to the Customer Experience department for the implementation and ongoing growth of our accounts Assess customer needs in the Nordics with Management to systematically identify and comprehend customer requirements and continuously optimize within this expanding market Uphold our values #customerempathy by articulating their needs and feedback to cross-functional stakeholders and partners Continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of our sales processes

Role Requirements: Your Qualifications for Success

Proven success in a closing role within SaaS sales over the past 1-3 years Willingness and capability to personally handle critical early sales - including calling, pitching, and negotiating - characterized by your empathy and active listening skills to deeply understand the requirements and challenges of leads Strong communication skills and adaptability to engage with various conversation partners Entrepreneurial mindset that positions you as a competent partner who collaborates with prospects to develop solutions that deliver genuine value Proactive, independent, and organized with strong prioritization skills, while also being a collaborative team player Good understanding of the local culture and business landscape in the Nordic regions Fluent in written and spoken English Preference for fluency in Swedish or Finnish, though not essential.
