- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Technical Sales experience in a B2B environment, like in food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other technical and value-added products.
- Strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
- Ability to navigate large accounts and sell technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
- Comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure a solid foundation in the organization and its products.
- Support in working cross-functionally with our R&D, Commercial, Operational, and Service teams.
