About the RoleThe Customer Engagement Specialist will support the local market of DS Smith Packaging organization in the continuous improvement of relationships with customers, creating positive experiences that underpin long-lasting partnerships through our Model to Serve.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead a local program of End-to-End Customer Engagement that reaches across the local market, supporting all clusters and business units, in line with Model to Serve.
- Handle a wide range of workshops (1:1), physically, virtually, and hybrid, and help organize and run larger workshops (1:many), webinars, and multi-customer events.
- Own the localization of trends & insights, including mega trends, packaging trends, and insights within our prioritized categories and retail to e-commerce and sustainability.
- Manage, maintain, and update the physical space of Madrid's Customer Innovation HUB, ensuring it remains dynamic, refreshed, and updated.
- Build content and compelling storytelling presentations based on relevant trends, insights, and best practices, and deliver them in a way that is informative, engaging, and relevant to our customers' world.
- Support the SMI team on wider End-to-End Customer projects, such as tender submissions, innovation, and design storytelling.
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or brand management within FMCG companies, Retail, research companies, or design agencies.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, influencing and trust-building skills, and a good level of IT skills, with an openness to embracing new digital technologies.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese being a plus. Experience with Dynamics CRM and Photoshop is also valuable.
