Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CT Ingenieros. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and improving occupational health and safety procedures aligned with industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to improve preventive actions and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Communicate and deploy occupational health and safety systems to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in occupational health and safety committees and report on system performance and objectives.
  • Ensure timely and correct resolution of occupational health and safety issues, non-conformities, and actions related to the Occupational Health and Safety System.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of occupational health and safety actions and exercises surveillance and control over compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

**Requirements**

  • University education with a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Ergonomics and Psicosociology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a health and safety role, with in-depth knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with risk management techniques, safety management systems, and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Proficient in identifying and evaluating workplace hazards, conducting and documenting comprehensive risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing safety documentation and records, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, management, and external auditors.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking ways to enhance safety processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the M365 environment (Teams, SharePoint list, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (native speaker preferred).
