Key Responsibilities- Support local management in implementing and maintaining effective risk controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate work-related incidents and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to promote environmental, health, and safety awareness throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with local management and workshop staff to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Attend local EHS meetings and provide input on EHS initiatives.
- Postgraduate degree in Prevention of Labour Risks or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in EHS or related field.
- Excellent knowledge of industrial processes, laws, and national regulations related to the workplace.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with negotiation-level language skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
