Requirements- Education: Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a team and complying with local health and safety legislation.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language.
- Lean and Kaizen Methodologies: Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Sustainability: Qualifications or experience in the field of sustainability.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
