Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager/Technical Account Manager

Reconocida Empresa, a well-funded AI-driven marketing software vendor, is seeking a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager/Technical Account Manager to take care of their key strategic existing enterprise clients. As a key member of our team, you will help drive client revenues from existing clients by maintaining retention rates and upselling.

About the Role
  • Manage renewals and upsell/expansion for existing clients
  • Maintain high retention rates and drive client revenues
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and forecast renewal/upsell opportunities
  • Drive customer success initiatives
Requirements
  • 4+ years of account management experience managing renewals and upsell/expansion
  • High level of drive and passion to learn and explain new technologies
  • Experience working for a SaaS vendor or in marketing automation/marketing technology
  • Experience using CRM tools for managing and forecasting opportunities
  • Track record of driving customer success
