About the Role- Manage renewals and upsell/expansion for existing clients
- Maintain high retention rates and drive client revenues
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and forecast renewal/upsell opportunities
- Drive customer success initiatives
- 4+ years of account management experience managing renewals and upsell/expansion
- High level of drive and passion to learn and explain new technologies
- Experience working for a SaaS vendor or in marketing automation/marketing technology
- Experience using CRM tools for managing and forecasting opportunities
- Track record of driving customer success
- Up to €90,000 base salary + 10% bonus + benefits
