About the Role:

The Compensation Senior Analyst will support the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving the region's compensation strategy. This role requires a strong partnership with the Global Rewards Team to deliver key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of sales compensation and bonus plans.
  • Conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with the Global Rewards Team and project teams to deliver the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Play a key role in educating the organization on reward practices and programs, managing internal training for HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to provide competitive offer recommendations.
  • Review salary structures, market data, and employee analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Support compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews, maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning frameworks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data as required.
  • Partner with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
  • Collaborate with the broader team on continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.

Requirements:

  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Team player with experience working in international virtual teams.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally across the EMEA region.
  • Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timelines.
  • Experience with market compensation surveys (WTW).
  • Proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with HRIS integration and reporting.
  • Workday experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
