Compensation Analyst

Position Overview: The Compensation Senior Analyst will collaborate with the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits to enhance the regional compensation strategies. This role involves close partnership with the Global Rewards Team, requiring effective interaction with diverse stakeholders in a complex and evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and management of Sales Compensation and bonus frameworks.
- Facilitate annual Compensation surveys and Benefits evaluations across the EMEA region.
- Support the organization-wide annual compensation planning cycle, collaborating with the Global Rewards Team and project teams (including testing, communication, and HRBP support).
- Play a pivotal role in educating stakeholders on company reward practices and programs, including managing internal training sessions for HRBP and Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams to deliver competitive offer recommendations.
- Conduct reviews of salary structures and perform market and employee data analysis.
- Address compensation-related inquiries, including role evaluations and salary assessments, while maintaining the integrity of career architecture and salary planning frameworks.
- Execute detailed analyses of reward-related data as necessary.
- Work with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes within Workday.
- Engage with the broader team to drive continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in English.
- Strong team player, comfortable working within international virtual teams.
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Agile mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding timelines.
- Familiarity with market compensation surveys (e.g., WTW).
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, and experience with HRIS integration and reporting.
- Experience with Workday.
- Detail-oriented with robust, solution-focused analytical skills.
