Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Trina Solar EU MU. Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Administration
    • Support the monthly payroll process for all European entities
    • Implement global HR initiatives across Europe
  • Benefits Administration
    • Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation
    • Manage onboarding and introduction process for new starters
  • HR Support
    • Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date
    • Support HR Administration with absence tracking, time registration, and HR budget management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
  • Solid experience in payroll and internal staffing
  • Experience with German and/or European labor regulations and social security
  • Service-oriented and proactive
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
