About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Analyst to join our team at Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in supporting the EMEA region and partnering with our Global Rewards Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Compensation and Bonus Plans: Collaborate with our Sales team to design and implement effective compensation and bonus plans that drive business results.
  • Annual Compensation Surveys and Benefits Reviews: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform our compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring we remain competitive in the EMEA region.
  • Compensation Planning Cycle: Partner with our Global Rewards Team and project team to support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Education and Training: Develop and deliver internal training programs to educate HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on our compensation and benefits practices and programs.
  • Competitive Offer Recommendations: Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to provide data-driven recommendations for competitive offer packages.
  • Salary Structures and Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of salary structures and market data to inform our compensation strategies and ensure we remain competitive.
  • Compensation-Related Requests: Support compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews, ensuring the integrity of our career architecture and salary planning framework.
  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with our broader team to identify opportunities for process automation and HRIS integration, enhancing our system utilization and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High Level of English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively within international virtual teams.
  • Compensation and Benefits Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the EMEA region.
  • Agile Thinking: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Market Compensation Surveys: Experience with market compensation surveys, including WTW.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in advanced Excel skills and HRIS integration and reporting.
  • Workday Experience: Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
