About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Analyst to join our team at Cigna Healthcare. As a key member of our Compensation and Benefits team, you will play a critical role in supporting the EMEA Head of Compensation and Benefits in driving business growth and improving lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sales compensation and bonus plans to drive business performance.
  • Conduct annual compensation surveys and benefits reviews across the region to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Partner with the Global Rewards Team to support the company-wide annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs to educate HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on company reward practices and programs.
  • Provide competitive offer recommendations to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
  • Review and analyze salary structures, market data, and employee data to inform compensation decisions.
  • Support compensation-related requests, including role evaluations and salary reviews, to maintain the integrity of career architecture and salary planning framework.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of reward-related data to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with the Service Centre to manage corrections and changes in Workday.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to drive continuous improvement and process automation, enhancing HRIS integration and system utilization.
Requirements
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Team player with experience working in international virtual teams.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits, ideally across the EMEA region.
  • Agile thinking and adaptability to manage multiple projects and demanding timescales.
  • Experience with market compensation surveys and proficient IT skills, including advanced Excel knowledge and HRIS integration and reporting.
  • Workday experience and detail-oriented analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
