About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager for Undergraduate Education to join our team at IE University Global Markets. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for increasing awareness of our undergraduate programs in Africa and developing business development and commercial activities to promote our programs in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase overall awareness of IE Undergraduate programs in Africa
  • Plan, manage, and implement business development and commercial activities to promote IE's Undergraduate programs in the region
  • Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities, including fairs, school visits, presentations, and information sessions
  • Benchmark competitors' commercial activities and programs
  • Report on activities in the region to the Channel Director and Regional Director

Requirements

  • Great commercial skills and technology usage to manage the candidate experience
  • Between 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing, communications, business development, ideally in the education sector
  • Master's degree from IE University
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Intellectual curiosity, open-mindedness, and creativity
  • Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive
  • Strong teamwork capability and positive customer-oriented style
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Solution-oriented and positive/can-do attitude
  • Availability to travel across the region
