About the Role:

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Finance Director to lead our FIG M&A and ECM team. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will be responsible for originating and executing complex transactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Origination and Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage day-to-day execution of deals, and act as project leader with support from senior bankers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, counterparts, and co-advisers, and demonstrate strong drafting skills for all kinds of documents.
  • Team Management: Set up and manage deal teams, delegate tasks efficiently, and allocate workload to junior members.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control of all materials produced, demonstrate rigor and reliability for own work, and conduct quality checks for delegated work.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance or equivalent, with a strong track record of origination in M&A or FIG coverage environment.
  • Skills: Strong sector knowledge, existing established client and industry relationships, clear leadership potential, and ability to generate revenues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
