About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Finance Director to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our Private Banking division, you will be responsible for leading complex corporate finance transactions and providing strategic advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of deals, including complex processes and challenging structures.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including top management, and understand their needs and expectations.
  • Team Management: Demonstrate strong deal team management skills, including setting up teams, delegating tasks, and allocating workload.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality control of all materials produced, including complex models and documents.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in Corporate Finance or equivalent, with a strong track record of origination in M&A or FIG coverage environment.
  • Skills: Perfect mastering of modelling techniques, exhaustive knowledge of CF procedures, accounting, financial, structuring, legal, and tax issues, and documentation on various types of transactions.
