Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of medical professionals, driving excellence and innovation in medical affairs, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Medical Excellence and Operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective operational processes and systems to support medical affairs functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, commercial, and medical affairs, to drive business growth and innovation.
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of medical excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with company strategies and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to medical professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to excel in their roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient associations, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Life sciences qualification and strong leadership experience in pharmaceutical and/or device medical affairs or senior-level commercial roles.
- Strong knowledge of medical affairs functions, planning, and processes, or previous close collaboration with medical affairs functions in previous leadership roles.
- Demonstrated cross-functional management skills, with experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in collaborating with R&D and commercial functions.
