About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Operations and Transformation to join our team at Your Creative People. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies and processes to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee the management of our operations teams, including Claims, Administration, Customer Service, and Procurement & Outsourcing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives to drive cultural and behavioral changes within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • University studies in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's or Post Graduate in Operations or Business Administration is highly valued.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Head of Operations or similar role in an insurance company.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems and Agile/Lean methodologies.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
