**Job Summary**

The Operations Strategy & Transformation Director plays a pivotal role in driving the discovery, definition, and planning of strategic initiatives for the Operations function at Hotelbeds. This involves close collaboration with Directors for Customer Service, Financial Services, and Customer Experience Automation, the Chief Operating Officer, and the Chief Technology Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development of the Operations strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Coordinate the delivery of new business areas, including Business Development, Fintech, and HotelTech-Roiback, and their respective leaders.
  • Oversee the transformation governance for the Operations function, focusing on scalability and the consolidation of current products and services under a well-orchestrated ecosystem model.
  • Monitor performance and progress towards established objectives, facilitating decision-making for key decisions.
  • Manage the analysis, business planning, and implementation of new customer service models and teams for B2C and B2B2C services.
  • Coordinate performance and transformation reporting for the Operations leadership group meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, and Executive Committee meetings.

**Requirements**
