Job Title: Strategy and Operations Lead

At ALTERNATIVE LOANS EXPERIENCE TECHNOLOGIES IP, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategy and Operations Lead to drive our strategic initiatives and optimize our operational processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategic plans that align with our long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business opportunities, set priorities, and ensure that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively across all departments.
  • Operational Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline and optimize operational processes across the organization, analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing best practices that enhance productivity and drive operational excellence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, including product, finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and coordination of strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and ensure that we remain competitive in a rapidly changing market.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the strategy and operations process.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that new strategies and operational improvements are adopted smoothly across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting or a related field, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and optimizing operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on strategic planning, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving results and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Consulting Background: A strong foundation in management consulting, with experience in strategic planning, operational improvement, and change management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly French or Spanish, is a plus.
