Job Title: Head of Procurement Transformation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Procurement Transformation to lead the transformation of our Global Supplier Finance Service department (P2P) from a people, data, process, and system perspective. The successful candidate will enable a motivated and talented team of professionals to deliver a frictionless operating model and support business growth in a financial risk-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for suppliers finance services delivery for both retained and outsourced teams
  • Lead the definition of new TOM as part of the finance Transformation Program and oversee the implementation
  • Improve and strengthen business partnering framework with sourcing, fintech, business development, HBX senior management, and strategic suppliers
  • Improve departmental structure, develop, and retain talent, manage cultural differences

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement transformation, with experience in leading large-scale projects and teams. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
