Head of Global Security Operations and Incident Response

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Security Operations and Incident Response to lead our security operations team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for delivering information security operations elements of our information security strategy and ensuring alignment with our group objectives, legislative requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) partnership with our external service provider to perform information security monitoring and threat analysis.
- Own the security incident management program and serve as the primary contact between the SOC and internal security response teams for information security incidents.
- Develop and implement effective security operations strategies to protect our organization's assets and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security awareness and training programs are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our security operations remain effective and efficient.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Information/Application Security.
- **Certifications:** Various security certifications such as ECIH, GCIH, CISA, and CISSP are preferred.
- **Knowledge:** ITIL Foundation certification/knowledge is mandatory, and ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2 knowledge is a must.
