Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead our Indian subsidiary for Lhh Recruitment Solutions. This is a critical role that will play a key part in our continued success in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian regulations and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Ensure excellence in quality and competitiveness in daily operations.
  • Manage and develop the talent within the operations team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader leadership team at the Indian subsidiary and global headquarters.
  • Oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government officials.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving approach.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Able to nurture and develop teams.
  • Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving results.
  • Desirable 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within industrial operations.
  • Strong in business understanding, P&L, and general financial acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in managing a large and diverse workforce in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Hindi or Spanish is highly desirable.
