About the Role

**Head of Operations**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our team at Kellydeli, a fast-growing and innovative food company. As a key member of our Group Mall Development Department, you will be responsible for leading the operation of our Malls across the group, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain relationships with landlords, ensuring a strong and collaborative partnership
  • Oversee the development and implementation of lean systems and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize labor costs
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and implement procedures related to customer journey, engaging experiences, marketing campaigns, production workflow, and kiosk design
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure production plans are in operation for each store to achieve maximum sales
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and any other European language
  • Experience in developing successful food concepts, ideally in malls
  • Previous experience in Business Development/Sales or as a lease manager
  • Operations Manager experience in FMCG (minimum 3 years +)
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable, and commercial concepts that are scaled
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize self and the team accordingly
  • Ability to use Microsoft and Google suite of software
  • Experience in scaling Mall food concepts
