As a Sales Growth Specialist at Blu Selection, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales expansion and customer base growth for our clients in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end communication and sales processes with potential prospects to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Cultivate customer confidence through remote sales techniques, targeting IT, Finance, and Strategy professionals at all levels to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of end customers and record contracts in the CRM system to facilitate effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in German with at least C1 level proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
  • Residency in Greece with necessary documents (AMKA - Greek tax number & AFM - Greek social security number) to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • A valid Greek work permit (required, if applicable) to ensure seamless integration into the team.
What You'll Gain:
  • A permanent contract with 3 weeks of paid training to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • A full-time schedule with fixed shifts from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM, to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
