Oversee Employee Volunteering Programme

Oversee and activate the company's employee volunteering programme, enabling employee volunteer days to participate in strategic partnerships on a regional and local level.

Establish Measurement Framework

Establish a robust measurement framework with external verification to ensure all partnership and project outcomes and impacts can be consistently evaluated, both impact for NTT and impact to society.

Develop Business Cases

Develop business cases for prospective and existing partners in collaboration with other NTT functions.

Direct Partnerships Across Technology Sector

Direct NTT's partnerships across the technology sector, including direct management of major partnerships by creating and executing joint partner business plans with short and long-term horizons and a strong focus on relationship activation resulting in measurable impact and revenue/value creation.

Collaborate Across NTT Teams

Collaborate with NTT's teams from innovation, go to market, sales enablement and global marketing to prioritize, establish, and grow new data and technology integration sustainability partnerships within the industry to showcase and elevate NTT's unique capabilities.

Support SVP Sustainability

Support the SVP of Sustainability directly contributing to related, early-stage initiatives and opportunities in our sector.

Activate Employee Volunteering

Collaborate with internal leaders to activate, deliver and achieve sustained growth of employee volunteering to meet NTT's sustainability public ambitions.

Develop External Relationships

Develop strong external relationships with NGOs, Government and Academia to evidence to our clients and alliances NTT's position as leader in public policy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, partnerships, and technology, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
