Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality service
  • Record interactions in the system and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
  • Collaborate with the team on special projects and provide coverage for team members during absences
  • Take ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary

Requirements:

  • Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus
  • Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
