Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to the senior team, ensuring high-quality service
- Record interactions in the system and meet the agreed service level agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and provide coverage for team members during absences
- Take ownership of issues, ensuring complete resolution or escalation when necessary
Requirements:
- Native/Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) + English proficiency (B2 level)
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience with electric vehicles is a plus
- Strong IT skills with experience in Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
