- Lead value-driven pitches to articulate the value of our SaaS solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage, complete, and check RFP documents and processes to ensure seamless translation of business needs into technical requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with our sales team to customize demos and ensure we demonstrate our capabilities to solve our clients' data management challenges.
- Engage with our product and dev teams to stay up-to-date on roadmap features and ensure you are the best resource for our sales teams on our product and roadmap.
- BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Solutions Consultant.
- Proven experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically in fraud and AML compliance.
- Experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company.
- Ability to understand and determine an enterprise's customer needs and how our solutions might best fit through a consultative approach.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Spanish/Portuguese speaking skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set your own demanding expectations, and exceed them.
- Must be organized and a self-starter, able to deliver high-quality work without tactical oversight.
