Job Title: Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to prepare and present solutions to clients. Your expertise will help our clients design the next generation of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present solutions to clients, including demos, proposals, and requirements analysis
  • Work with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs
  • Develop solution materials and conduct product showcases
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to understand their offerings and advise clients
  • Provide assistance to marketing by creating content, including demo videos, sales demo environments, case studies, and blog posts
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience working in the banking or Fintech industry
  • Deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, and operations
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales/solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering
  • Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures, such as RFI and RFPs
  • Consultative mindset, with the ability to listen, understand, and anticipate customer needs
  • Customer-facing experience and ability to influence Executive Level audiences
