Our Team

Our team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that make a real impact. We work closely with cross-functional teams to improve our solution offering and drive business results. As a Business Solution Consultant Non-Conformance Management, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing the BASF NCM process and applications.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our solution offering
  • Understand user requirements and translate them into IT requirements
  • Provide comprehensive training and support for change management within the organization
  • Help Operational Divisions achieve better customer service and quality, and comply with regulatory and legal requirements using our SAP, Reporting, and Mobile applications
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the chemical industry and understanding of quality management principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to drive change and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Hands-on mentality and focus on customer satisfaction
