Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals by providing expert guidance on our cloud banking platform.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to prepare and present solutions to clients, including demos, proposals, and requirements analysis.
- Apply your banking and fintech knowledge to help clients design the next generation of financial services.
- Interact with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs, prepare solution materials, and conduct product showcases.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to understand their offerings and advise clients on the best partners to implement with Mambu.
- Hand over new projects to the delivery team and coordinate with product management on new features, changes, or enhancements.
- Provide assistance to marketing by creating content, including demo videos, sales demo environments, case studies, blog posts, and other collateral.
- Several years of experience working in the banking or fintech industry, with deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, and operations.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales/solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering.
- Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures, such as Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs.
- A consultative mindset, with the ability to listen, understand, and anticipate customer needs.
- Customer-facing experience and the ability to influence Executive Level audiences.
