About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner - Global IT, you will work closely with senior stakeholders in Galderma's IT organization in Switzerland and EMEAC, controlling IT and project-related costs, including providing global visibility and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement in IT investments, identify savings opportunities, and ensure delivery of key targets.
  • Manage the financial processes for IT costs, including forecasting and reporting both internally and externally and across all global IT spend.
  • Drive closer cooperation across the financial community to support transparency and IT cost reporting to ensure the financial model is fully implemented.
  • Continuous improvement of the IT costs operating model ensuring back charges are eliminated.

What You'll Achieve

You will be responsible for driving business growth and innovation by optimizing IT costs and improving financial processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial strategies.
