Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join our team at Hunter Philips Executive Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing commercial assets, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial relationships with institutional agencies
- Procure, obtain, and maintain relevant insurances
- Responsible for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
- Liaise with technical engineers to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of assets
- Monitor and comment on monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports
- Manage project cash flows and approve expenses
- Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or engineering
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, including stakeholder management
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing contractors
- Experience in budget management and reporting
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
