We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of commercial asset operations for our Iberian portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and optimize the daily performance of our assets, including KPI tracking and solar asset optimization.
- Review and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage non-routine operational issues, such as equipment failure, to minimize downtime and maximize production.
- Incident management and resolution, including closing out all logged incidents and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with the final stages of construction, permitting, commissioning, warranty process, and operation phase.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring all services required by O&M or EPC contracts are actioned accordingly.
- Manage revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results for the assigned portfolio.
- Liaise with operations team members and key external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) during their operational phase.
- Experience in the Spanish renewables market, including storage, solar, and wind.
- Proven track record of conducting risk analyses, preparing financial KPI reports, and developing strategies to maximize asset growth.
- Strong language skills in spoken and written English.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with external parties, including insurance companies, technical advisors, and national, regional, or local stakeholders.
