About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of commercial asset operations for our Iberian portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and optimize the daily performance of our assets, including KPI tracking and solar asset optimization.
  • Review and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance and improve efficiency.
  • Manage non-routine operational issues, such as equipment failure, to maximize production across the portfolio.
  • Incident management and resolution, including closing out all logged incidents and preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with the final stages of construction, permitting, commissioning, warranty process, and operation phase.
  • Manage contract services, ensuring all requirements are met in accordance with O&M or EPC contracts.
  • Oversee revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results for assigned portfolios.
  • Liaise with operations team members and key external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support the execution of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) during their operational phase.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Spanish renewables market, including storage, solar, and wind.
  • Proven track record of conducting risk analyses, preparing financial KPI reports, and developing strategies to maximize asset growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing external parties such as insurance companies, technical advisors, and national, regional, or local stakeholders.
  • Fluent language skills in spoken and written English.
