About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our renewable energy assets in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of our asset management policy, including budgeting, long-term planning, and procurement.
  • Manage the handover process for asset responsibility from the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction team to Asset Management.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each asset and monitor financial performance in coordination with our Finance team.
  • Develop and implement a strong performance monitoring culture to optimize revenues.
  • Manage joint venture relationships and administer project documents and permitting.
  • Supervise and monitor service providers, excluding O&M activities, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, joint venture agreements, and reporting requirements.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in asset management, including at least 5 years in renewable energy.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in managing joint ventures.
  • Ability to promote TotalEnergies's image in Spain.
