Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Complex calendar management for senior executives and team members.
  • Coordinating conference calls with multiple participants and liaising with clients across various time zones.
  • Creating documents in support of meetings and conference calls, including presentation decks, reports, and proposals.
  • Maintaining and updating the company database.
  • Managing domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Ensuring all relevant client and deal information/documents are up to date.
  • Handling expenses and credit card reconciliation.
  • Organizing events for client entertainment or team activities.
  • Covering all administrative needs to enable the team to focus on analysis and commercial activities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bilingual level of Spanish and English.
  • A credible degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in banking or consulting.
  • Proficiency in standard technology, including Office package, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams, and internal systems.
