Cloud Tech Trainer Job Description

Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Tech Trainer to join our team. As a leading technical expert in Cloud technologies, you will be responsible for providing our Sales and Tech teams with the necessary technical knowledge to engage with developer audiences and C-level IT and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with knowledge managers to conduct periodic needs assessments and develop product training programs.
  • Design and deliver product training programs to ensure clear understanding and adoption of Cloud solutions.
  • Implement best practices for product training to enhance sales performance.
  • Track and measure training results, making adjustments as needed to address knowledge gaps.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration to build strong relationships with stakeholders and optimize impact.
  • Develop and launch Cloud showcase projects for training and development purposes.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting for training KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technology and Cloud computing sales or services.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Telecommunications, Statistics, or similar.
  • Training creation and delivery experience.
  • Cloud services development and deployment experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Big Data landscape and Business Intelligence technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies (Saas, PaaS, and IaaS) and their applications.
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader, Google Cloud Engineer, Azure Fundamentals, and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications.
