About the Role:

Empresa reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall end-customer adoption across all market segments through partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategy to build mind share and adoption of our cloud infrastructure services across strategic business partners and customers.
  2. Drive revenue growth and customer adoption through effective partner engagement and enablement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including systems integrators and consulting companies.
  5. Identify, enable, and qualify high-value partners that drive revenue and deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers.

Requirements:

  1. Direct sales or business development experience, preferably in the enterprise software development industry.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level executives.
  3. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  4. Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including direct and channel marketing, product management, and account management teams.
  5. Ability to manage and measure a large number of partner enablement and go-to-market requests.
