Job Summary

MCI is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our commercial and public sector clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a courteous and professional manner
  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and accurately document customer interactions
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and provide solutions
  • Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal data
  • Escalate customer issues to managerial team as needed and ensure first call resolution
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes
