About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Account Strategy Manager to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Design Studios division, you will be responsible for driving business development and go-to-market strategies for our design-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional Design Studios' business development and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and implement holistic account strategies and plans with other DS stakeholders.
- Contribute to process development and best practices.
- Interface with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and identify new solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or similar degree in design or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a creative multinational company or professional services environment, with 2+ years of team management experience.
- Strong experience in key account management and client direction.
- Excellent understanding of design and design thinking principles.
- Ability to balance creative quality with delivery expectations.
