About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Growth and Marketing to join our team at Remotivate. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our direct-to-consumer e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Remotivate remains competitive in the market

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth and performance marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in the e-commerce space
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies
