About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Growth Director to join our team at Remotivate. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and e-commerce
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth and revenue
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and direct response marketing
  • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
