Amazon Web Services (AWS) is expanding its remote sales function to drive growth across Small and Medium Businesses in EMEA. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in exercising acquisition skills, utilizing solution-specific targeted campaigns to grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services.

In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will leverage your sales and technical experience to work proactively with customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud. You will engage with customers to execute their strategic objectives, adapting to changing market trends and harnessing the innovation and scale of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet or exceed revenue and goal targets in a defined territory.
  • Develop a comprehensive account/territory plan to manage and grow numerous accounts concurrently.
  • Grow and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer).
  • Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent.
  • Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales/technology-related environment.
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Domain experience with Small and Medium Businesses.
