About the Role

As an Operational Support Specialist at Adyen, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional support to our merchants worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to assist merchants with a wide range of topics, from technical to administrative tasks, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Merchant Support: Provide in-depth guidance to merchants on the Adyen platform, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to enhance scalability and efficiency.
  3. Internal Product Advocacy: Act as a liaison between Support and Operational functions, providing feedback and insights on product processes to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Payment Specialist: Serve as a subject matter expert for merchants, helping them optimize their accounts and grow their business by leveraging Adyen's platform features.
  5. Troubleshooting: Provide technical and operational assistance to merchants via various channels, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Skills: Demonstrate coaching and constructive feedback abilities, setting a positive example for the team.
  2. Project Management: Proven ability to initiate and drive projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Technical Interest: Show a strong interest in technical and operational processes, actively seeking knowledge and solutions to complex problems.
  4. Industry Experience: Previous experience in a technology-driven company or role is highly desirable.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered an asset.
  6. Education: A Diploma or University degree is preferred.
