Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Webfleet Solutions Sales. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and administrative support to customers through various channels, including phone and email.
- Offer personalized support, effectively resolving customer issues and inquiries while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update our CRM system (SalesForce) with relevant information collected during customer service activities.
- Liaise with peers and cross-departmentally to provide comprehensive and researched answers to customers.
- Successful experience in a similar role, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills in French (native speaker) and fluent English (written and spoken).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to be both proactive and reactive, and remain detail-oriented under pressure.
- Ability to follow standard processes and practices within set service levels, with a strong team player mentality.
- Previous experience with CRM systems (such as SalesForce) is an advantage.
