We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Sales Team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and account management for the Spain Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct new business sales and account management for the Spain Territory
  • Execute and overachieve quarterly revenue and bookings targets
  • Develop and coordinate strategic activities with clients to further develop the business relationship
  • Build strategic partnerships with local SI companies to further establish Axway's penetration within specific verticals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns & programs to build pipeline
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS based software solutions sales, ERP and business application and/or Middleware sector, as Direct Sales Executive in Spain
  • Good relationship and contacts in the very large accounts in Spain
  • Hunter, always willing to extend his footprint and to grow the revenue
  • Expert to achieve revenue goals with a rigor based on measurable and ambition indicators
  • Strong, dynamic, determined and customer-oriented personality with power of endurance
  • Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner and support teams in customers' project
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
