Risk Management and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Cyber Security team at Capgemini. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and supporting client projects, with a focus on control and management, as well as the identification, assessment, and management of IT and Security risks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategies and solutions for clients.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and control measures.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address GRC issues and develop actionable roadmaps for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support on best practices for GRC management and implementation.
- Develop and maintain security support materials, such as models, templates, and standards.
- Participate in key projects to provide security requirements, assess risks, and ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures.
- Work closely with the Technology Office, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Information Security Assurance Teams to maintain compliance with Group Security, regulatory, and industry requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in the field of security and risk management in the cybersecurity industry.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Specific knowledge of governance, risk management (IT and Security), auditing (Lines of Defense), IT and Security processes.
- Ability to interact with and influence senior business leaders to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Progressive experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Certifications: Possession of at least 2 or more certifications from the following will be valued: ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or similar, ITIL, CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, GIAC Certifications (any), CEH/OSCP, CompTIA...
